The Nusajaya Natural Heritage Trust Donation Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By making a donation to The Nusajaya Natural Heritage Trust (referred to as "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your donation and any related activities on our website.

2. Donation Process

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to make a donation.
• Payment Methods: Donations can be made using the payment methods provided on our website. All payments are processed securely.
• Donation Amount: You may choose the amount you wish to donate, subject to any minimum donation requirements that may be specified.
• Currency: All donations are processed in [Insert Currency, e.g., Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)].

3. Acknowledgment and Receipt

• Upon completing your donation, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the amount and purpose of your donation.
• A receipt will be issued, which may be used for tax exemption purposes under Section 44(6) of the Income Tax Act 1967, if applicable

4. Use of Donations

• Conservation Efforts: Your donation will support our conservation, education, and community initiatives at SIREH Park.
• Tree Planting Programme: If your donation is for the Tree Planting Programme, a tree will be planted under your name or your organization's name. Information about the tree and its growth will be accessible through the GeoTrees application.

5. Refund Policy

• No Refunds: All donations are final and non-refundable. Once the donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of fraud or error in processing.
• Dispute Resolution: If you believe there has been an error in your donation, please contact us immediately at 07-2317881. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data will be collected, used, and protected according to our Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA"). By making a donation, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Tax Exemption

Donations made to The Nusajaya Natural Heritage Trust may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 44(6) of the Income Tax Act 1967. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your personal details for the issuance of the tax-exempt receipt.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information on our website, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and images, are the property of SIREH Park and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nusajaya Natural Heritage Trust shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your donation, including any errors or delays in processing your donation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

11. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our website and donation services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
